How to resubmit itinerary

1. What is “Resend Itinerary”? 

This feature allows you to receive your flight itinerary and booking confirmation email again in case the original email was lost or deleted. 

2. When should I use this feature? 

  • If you can’t find your booking confirmation email. 
  • If you want to review your flight details. 
  • If you want to share the itinerary with someone else. 

3. How do I resend my itinerary? 

Simply click on the “Resend Itinerary” button in the Manage Booking section. The system will automatically send the itinerary to the email address used for booking. 

4. Can I resend the itinerary to a different email address? 

Currently, the system only sends the itinerary to the email address used during booking. To share it with another address, you’ll need to manually forward the email. 

5. I clicked “Resend Itinerary” but haven’t received the email. What should I do? 

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder. 
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address when booking.
