When will I receive the refund?
Refund initiation:
Once your room cancellation is confirmed, we will immediately begin the refund process. Please note that depending on the payment methods, some refunds may need to be processed through the cancellation email.
Processing time:
The exact timeline for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the payment method you used at the time of booking.
Communication and Updates:
You will receive an electronic confirmation once Heyotrip processes your refund. Your financial institution or service provider may send you a notification once the funds are credited back to your account. Please keep an eye on your email and notifications from your bank for any updates related to your refund. Don’t forget to check your spam folder as well.
