I paid the wrong amount

Confirm how much you paid, how much you were supposed to pay, and your booking reference (if available).
2.Prepare the following information to send to our support team:
- Full name and contact number
- Booking or order reference number (if available)
- Screenshot or photo of your payment receipt or bank transfer slip
- Amount paid and the correct amount due
