How can we help?

Can I choose my bed type, request a smoking/non-smoking room, or request connecting rooms?

Etheir stpecific preferenWhen booking a hotel, many travelers have sces to makay more comfortable such as selecting a preferred bed type, requesting a smoking or non-smoking room, or arranging for connecting rooms when traveling in a group or with family. However, whether these requests can be fulfilled depends on the hotel's availability at the time of check-in.

1. Bed Type Request

  • You can usually select your preferred bed type (double bed, twin beds, king or queen size) when making a reservation. This option is often clearly listed on booking platforms or the hotel’s official website.
  • That said, bed type assignments are sometimes subject to availability upon arrival, especially during peak travel seasons.

2. Smoking or Non-Smoking Rooms

  • Many hotels now implement a strict non-smoking policy throughout their premises. However, some properties still offer designated smoking rooms upon request.
  • If you have a specific preference, be sure to mention it at the time of booking so the hotel can accommodate your needs. Please note that smoking in non-smoking rooms may result in extra cleaning charges.

3. Connecting Rooms Request

  • For guests traveling with friends or family, connecting rooms are a convenient option. However, not all hotels have this room type available.
  • Because the number of connecting rooms is often limited, it’s best to make your request as early as possible, ideally at the time of booking, and follow up with the hotel before your arrival to confirm.
