How to add extra services when booking with heyotrip

Enhance your travel experience by easily adding extra services such as checked baggage, preferred seat selection, or pre-ordered meals even after you’ve completed your booking. Follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your Heyotrip account.

Step 2: Click on your account icon at the top right corner of the screen and select “Orders”.

Step 3: Go to the “Completed” tab and select the booking for which you’d like to add services.

Step 4: Under the “Manage Booking” section, click “Add add-on(s)”.

Step 5: Choose the service you’d like to add: Baggage, Seat or Meal.

Adding Checked Baggage: 

Select the “Baggage” section.

Choose a baggage package that suits your needs (20kg, 30kg, 40kg, etc., depending on airline policies).

Click “Continue” to complete the payment.

Choosing a Preferred Seat: 

Select the “Seat Preference” section.

Click “Customize selection” to open the seat map and select your preferred seat (e.g., window, aisle, front row).

Click “Confirm”, then click “Continue” to complete the payment.

Pre-ordering a Meal: 

Select the “Meal” section.

Choose the meal you would like to pre-order.

Click “Continue” to complete the payment.

Important Notes:

Add-on services are only available within a certain timeframe before departure, subject to each airline’s policy.

Some bookings or ticket types may not allow additional services to be added post-purchase.

Once confirmed and paid, add-ons are generally non-refundable and non-changeable.

After payment, a confirmation email will be sent. Please review it to ensure all services have been successfully added to your booking.
